Known as a reputable French Canadian multinational manufacturer of corporate business aircraft and trains / rail. Bombardier was founded by Joseph-Armand Bombardier in 1942. The initial direction for Bombardier was to manufacture Joseph’s invention of the snowmobile. However, those plans changed around the year 2003 when that line of business was sold.
 
Bombardier has a product line that consists of many different types of corporate jets and aircraft series. Based in Montreal, Bombardier also has offices in Berlin, Germany with relation to their Bombardier transportation subsidiary.
